If the archive is in fact broken, the archivists will attempt to keep you updated about our progress as we attempt to fix the archive. If there is no note about the archive currently being down, please contact the archivists at ssa.archivist @ gmail.com and let us know that you have recieved this error message.
In most cases, recieving this error messages means that the search engine is down. All the stories are probably still there, and may be able to be reached from outside links such as recs pages or the links from the SSA RSS feed.
