After my hard drive crashed, I called these guys who promised to give me a 24 hour turnaround on diagnosing my problem (after they received my hard drive). I paid for overnight shipping to get my hard drive to them and after 2 days, I had not heard from them and began to call them. I left message after message for them to call me and no one ever did. FINALLY after 2 weeks of this, I reached someone who filled me in on the expense I would incur to further investigate (maybe fix, maybe not) the problem with my hard drive. Its not the cost I have too much of a problem with though, I do realize data recovery is expensive.

I decided NOT to have them fix my hard drive afterall - I couldn't afford it. So, I asked them to send my drive back to me. I gave them my credit card number for shipping (ground shipping) and waited for it to arrive. After a week or so, I started calling them - same thing - I left them message after message to get back with me and I never heard back from them. After 3 weeks I FINALLY reached someone who said it was never sent. I was irate!!! They said they would not pay for shipping back to me even though they dropped the ball big time. Instead of taking 24 hours to diagnose my problem (like they and their website said) and simply sending my drive back, It has been 6 WEEKS!!

I am hoping I do eventually get my drive back but that has yet to be seen. I just wanted to warn anyone who considers their services! These guys DO NOT have their act together. You can't reach them by phone and they do NOT call you back. When I told them how mad i was, they said, "well, i can't do anything about that..." and verbally made it seem like it was MY fault that my drive was not shipped back to me.
