Terrible service and irresponsible people, they should not be in business. The website was buggy and I never got a confirmation email. Called the day of delivery (they speak almost no English) and was told the flowers are being delivered as promised 8-12am; they were delivered BUT 13 HOURS LATER, at night. The driver rang the doorbell once, no one answered and he gave the flowers to a neighbor without leaving a note even though he had the recipient’s phone number. These people constantly lied to me. They took my number when I enquired about the missing flowers but never called me back. Then he said he delivered flowers in the morning and then admitted that he didn’t when I proved otherwise. He then told me he’ll send my girlfriend candy to make up for the screw-up and never did. The flowers were received the next day which served no purpose at that time. A special day was ruined for my girlfriend and me, if you don’t want to ruin your special occasion DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
