I believe that is through exact seek, the offer sounds great and is alright, as I had used this service before although it was a few months ago, if I recall I purchased keywords for $12 each for a number of sites I had at the time, un-fortunately without great success (part my fault as I ditched my sites) the service was great and as they promise very quick,
my site stats were regularly reported back to me and had the ability to trace my progress any time,

my advice is to carefully select your keywords, if they still have the feature to check keyword stats use it, I would use again.
